For the past 23 years, Jill  has been the international business representative for the City of San Antonio in Mexico, with emphasis in Mexico City, where 80% of corporate business headquarters are located.

Jill is a bilingual, bicultural American/Mexican with nine years as a Financial Advisor in Mexico, a former small business owner, former President of the Board of Directors of the Association of U.S. State Offices in Mexico (ASOM), Vice President of the Board of Directors of the American Society of Mexico, AMMJE (Asociación de Mujeres Mexicanas Jefas Empresarias) and Member of the Board of the International Rotary Club of Mexico City.

Jill organizes trade missions for American and Mexican companies interested in doing business in Texas or Mexico for trade, investment exchange and development.

Jill’s vast network of contacts within local, state and federal governments as well as business, educational, cultural and social circles allows for an inflow of information for the benefit of her cross border clients.
